Originally, Izzy wasn't going to show up yet. The whole thing was constructed quite differently with other villains than the ones used. I think General Shenanigans is the only one who made it from the initial concept to the actual page. Izzy's look was also way different. There was no power armor for one thing. That's about all I can say without going into spoilers but I'll explain more once we reach the end of this chapter.
