I made pudding for the first time in what feels like years. I think I might have made too much. But you have to make the whole packet with instant pudding so there's no way I could make less of it.
I would like to try to make pudding from scratch someday but I have this feeling that I'd just mess it up. I don't have a lot of faith in myself when it comes to cooking or baking. Except for a few standbys I just don't think I'm very good.
I know the solution to that is to try things and be okay with failing. But that kinda feels like a waste of money and ingredients.
