Luke Bowen is an advie who can absorb information through touch. Due to how differently his brain processes things he no longer needs to sleep. He's also completely incapable of sleeping to begin with. 

Formerly a low level thief/con artist/criminal informant, Luke is now head of security for Emerson's company, Empact Enterprises (aka E Squared).

We'll probably see more of him in the future.
